We want you to be entirely satisfied with your La Perse purchase. This policy sets out your rights, the conditions for return, and the process for refunds and exchanges. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
Your right to cancel — 14 days
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and equivalent EU rules for orders shipped into the European Union), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without giving a justification.
To exercise this right, please contact us at parsa@parsarad.co.uk within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Once we have acknowledged your cancellation request, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund under your right to cancel, items must be:
- In their original condition, unworn or unused
- In their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, we cannot accept returns of skincare, grooming, or fragrance products once the original seal has been broken or the product has been used. This applies to Face Wash, Face Oil, Face Cream, Eye Gel, Shave Gel, and Eau de Parfum. This exclusion is permitted under UK and EU consumer law for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to start a return
Email parsa@parsarad.co.uk with your order number and a brief note describing your reason for return. We will respond with confirmation and the return address.

Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns made under your 14-day right to cancel, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we will arrange and cover return shipping.
Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If any item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at parsa@parsarad.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping at our expense.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Where faults emerge later, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund — please contact us to discuss.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact us at parsa@parsarad.co.uk.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive an alternative item is to return the original under the process above and place a new order separately. We are unable to hold stock pending an exchange.
European Union — 14 day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the same right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, on the conditions set out above.
